The Color of Sea Glass?

These days I have noticed more and more products produced for the masses calling themselves sea glass something or other. Most often they are referring to the color that the product comes in. Sea glass candels, sea glass drapery, sea glass etc and usually they are some form of pleasing green/blue hue.
Well, Benjamin Moore has just come out with a sea glass paint (CSP-735) but it looks more like smooshed grasshopper guts than something evoking the ocean breeze.
Where did they find that focus group?
