Santa Cruz, CAThe 4th Annual festival featuring over 40 sea glass and ocean artists. Held on the water at the historic Cocoanut Grove on the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz. Watch the ocean waves, check out amazing art, ocean conservation exhibits and the $1000 Prize Piece contest on Sunday. This event is indoors (so don't worry about rain), with plenty of parking across the street, with full bar and great food available.

According to Killeen Gonzalez of Yahoo Voices, Florida's State Parks are fantastic for beachcombing, including sea glass collecting. She talks about 5 parks in particular including one of her favorites for shelling and sea glass.
