2012 Santa Cruz Sea Glass & Ocean Art Festival

The 4th Annual festival featuring over 40 sea glass and ocean artists. Held on the water at the historic Cocoanut Grove on the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz. Watch the ocean waves, check out amazing art, ocean conservation exhibits and the $1000 Prize Piece contest on Sunday. This event is indoors (so don't worry about rain), with plenty of parking across the street, with full bar and great food available.

A Guided Hunt for Sea Glass

The Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center, 600 Discovery Lane, Grasonville, Md, will be hosting a guided hunt for sea glass around local, public beaches in the Chesapeake Bay area on Friday, March 9th.
Following the hunt participants will have reserved seating for Richard LaMotte's lecture on the History of Sea Glass.
Cost is $75 which includes a copy of Pure Sea Glass by Richard LaMotte.
